Hi everyone, I have been a member for a while and had my 79 for some time but this is my first post.I have noticed the wiring plug from the spark units has been unplugged and the black with white wire from the spark unit has been continued up to one coil, can some one advise me as to what modification has been done here, my bike goes well Thanks Bill

Welcome to the site, Bill.
You probably have a Dyna igniton system installed. It eliminates/bypasses the need for the stock spark units.
There are a couple pics here.

Welcome! Also pretty sure you have a Dyna ignition. Look under the pulser cover to make sure, but the wiring mods you describe fit. To see details of the Dyna wiring, go to TIMS CBX website and you'll find good instructions for Dyna wiring.
