New problem....
Sir when I start the bike it idle at 900 - 1000 rpm but after few minutes the rpm starts decreasing and it stops .... Than I increase the idle speed it again starts idle for few mins than stops ... And after it ,it will not start... After it cools down it starts very well and I have to decrease the idle speed which I increased when it stopped.... And every thing which I explained it starts happening again....
Secondly, when I try to ride it the rpm doesn't go beyond 2500 it tends to stop because of which I have to change gears quickly and ride at low rpm... And the bike starts stoping after just 600 metres of ride...

Re: New problem....
If you are having trouble with the idle and the bike not revving past 2500 it sounds like you are going to need to clean the carbs again.
Many of us have taken 2 or 3 attempts at cleaning to get everything in order.

Re: New problem....
If you are convinced the carbs are clean another area to check would be a clogged gas cap vent.
There is a tiny hole in the cap that when clogged can restrict gas flow. It usually takes longer than 1 km to show up but it might be the problem.
Another area to check would be the filter in the petcock.

Re: New problem....
Difficult to diagnose these problems across continents...but another one could be the coils. Cracked coils have a tendency to act up when they get warm. Just guessing.

Re: New problem....
Sir I got the coils checked .... They are fine... Sir when it stops at that time try to start it , the engine does not crank properly it rotates very slowly I think which can be the reason for not starting .... When it cools down it rotate speedily and starts... Can this be due to new rings of pistons....

Re: New problem....
Sounds like you have a battery with a bad cell - I'd load check it first. Then the starter would be next.

Re: New problem....
Has this engine been rebuilt? If so, do you have a good record of the bearing clearances for the crankshaft and the camshafts? This may be a far-out thought. Could heat be causing excess bearing friction due to a bearing(s) being fitted too tightly? I would think this condition would cause out-right seizure. However, if you are sufficiently sensitive, you may be stopping the engine before this is happening. Another thought I would have is that it is related to ignition timing.
We shall continue trying.
