Seal leaking behind pickups

So i recently replaced the clutch housing on my '79, it all went well ut its now appears to be leaking out the pickup round alloy cover, so i am assuming the seal is gone?

Is this removable without pulling the cover off again? (self tapper screw and pull?
Is this a common size, (measurements are:15x24x5mm part no 91291-246-005 could i get from a local shop as honda will take about 3-4 weeks.

It's easier to just take the cover off. If you used a new gasket last time, you won't need another one. Put on sidestand and you won't lose oil.

Yeah, was hoping to not have to do that again, guess i should just do it properly
