anther cam chain ajustment question

Hi all
I have a cbx 550 that runs like a dream but it has a rattly noise in the top end and have been told that it's cam chain noise.I dont have a manuel for the bike as yet as i'm unemployed .What i would like to know is how do i ajust the cam chain ajusters and where do i find them. The local mech told me thay are inside the rocker cover but others have told me thay are on the outside of the motor on the threads i'v read on here thay are on the outer but i think that most of the threads are for the big 6 and not the 4s so please any help would be great .Also the motor has not long had a rebuild but i have know ider what was done as this was all done befor i got it .It also sat for 2 years in a shed dont know what miles it done after rebuild

the site was good but it still dosent tellme how to ajust the cam chains or where to find the ajuster's. Some one out there has gota know

I am sorry, but you may not find someone here very knowledgeable about the smaller CBXes as they were not sold in the U.S. Someone from our Canadian friends may be able to chime in, though.
I don't know whether this helps but here is a phantom drawing of a CBX550 motor. I think the cam chain tensioners on the CBX550 have an internal automatic adjustement
The only thing you can do is replace them

I hope you were successful downloading the 550 manual for your machine
There is an incredible amount of info in there ...
The information you are looking is covered quite well, look at pages 6-21 and 20-4, also attached below.
