good evening. name is glen and likely to be one of those dreaded lurkers. have a few mopeds and though not aspiring higher, like to keep abreast of pinnacles. mates have a late sei and a Z13 respectively and i dream of RC166's. my honda contingent precedes and follows the holy grail but is simpler or more complex in execution.
mainly a suzi type but not unhappy even if by default.
would like to thank larry for his greeting and site members for making a place that seems friendly.
mit freundlichen gruesse, glen.
hello from FNQ (only minor CBX content)

O.K., I am trying again
Welcome, Glen! Good to have you!
Forgive my ignorance, but what does "FNQ" stand for??
How come the "Mit freundlichen Grüßen?" Are you of German descent?

G'day. Far North Queensland.
Some german ancestry and a semi creepy though well meaning relationship with one of their bikes whom i built while there a year. As such it's my standard end greeting on forums over there. Hope noone was too offended by it.
Thanks for the welcome. Glen.

Re: hello from FNQ (only minor CBX content)
Minor CBX content is a start.
Hi from a Colorado. While riding a mammoth 125 cc bike at high speed points north-west of the Burdekin Dam, I managed to leave a large patch of my back on a gravel road. I still miss FNQ - but I feel I’ve left a part of me there…
There is a pretty good group of scattered-around-the-globe people here. CBX owners by necessity become more patient the longer they have a CBX – it’s a zen thing. It makes them generally better people.
Enjoy poking around here. Cheers James
