SWAP MEET

James Elliot plans to have this be the biggest CBX swap meet ever. Roped off vendor area right at the rally site. More CBX parts and bikes for sale than ever assembled outside the factory before. You might be able to buy enough parts at the CBX swap meet to assemble your own bike at the rally!

THE CBX LIVES

Jeff Bennetts heads up the combined Tech Sessions, Meet the Members and Owners of Special CBXs for this part of the rally agenda that has the specific goal of enabling every attendee that close up and personal look at the wonderful world of CBX mechanicals, members and special CBXs. Be there for the early morning and after supper sessions......it's a CBX love affair for sure. Learn mechanical tips from the experts.....and listen to CBX owners provide the magic and details of their wonderful bikes and how joining ICOA has changed their lives.

MUSIC IN THE MOUNTAINS

Dave Ditner will manage the CBX Music in the Mountains Feature on Friday as we all head to a mountain rest stop for a catered lunch and to find out:

1. What late model windscreens work...which don't....ride the bikes and vote.

2. How far does it take a CBX to stop from 60mph.....

3. Can an early using just the back stop faster than an early using just the fronts?

4. Be there to watch, tape and hear the wonder of modified CBXs in the mountains....including worlds fastest CBX... Pat Mattachione's 137 hp dyno verified WERA winning CBX Road Racer.

WORLDS FASTEST CBX

Is it ......Pat Mattachione's 137 hp dyno verified WERA winning CBX Road Racer, one of the really hot CBX Dragsters or one of the monster motor CBX Customs....... You figure it out.....they will all be at Marlinton for you to see and photograph.

RIDES

Mike Brown takes charge of the entire weeks ride program.....yikkkkkkes. The best roads in the East Coast start right in front of the rally site. 6 to 10 rides groups depart each per day to the Cass Railroad, Homestead, VMI, Cranberry Bogs / Waterfalls, Civil War Sites, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the nearby beautiful mountains, lakes, steams, waterfalls, civil war history/period farms and homes.

Dennis McCartney will lead a Friday "all day" long ride for those that just can't get enough.

LATE EVENINGS / FOOD

The Marlinton Hotel will provide a band or DJ starting Wednesday Evening on and Bob Buehler and Lou Obrien will do a dance repeat for those that missed it last year. Thankfully the restaurant is under new ownership and those that have been there already and sampled the food tell us it clearly is better....whewwwww. Marlinton is famous for parking lot chat and fun that goes on til all hours.....this rally will not be the exception. Also note the hotel swimming pool will be open and be prepared for the warmth of June now.
