How much front brake pad drag is normal?

I installed a new front master cylinder reservoir and bleed the brakes using a vacuum bleeder. I wrapped the bleeder screws with Teflon tape
and was surprised how much air was removed. Front calipers were rebuilt last year but I didn't use a vacuum bleeder. Jacked the front wheel off the ground and when I spin the wheel by hand it will rotate a little less than one revolution. Is this a normal amount of brake pad drag?
I have a 1978 750 F2 Supersport and it's front wheel seems to spin with less brake pad drag.

That is too much drag if it is only spinning one revolution.
I would look into the pads binding on a slider, the caliper piston sticking to a seal or maybe dirt in the master cylinder.

By pads binding on a slider do you mean the caliper binding on the bolts that hold it to the fork leg? Should the bolts that the caliper floats on be greased or lubricated?
