It appears that I have aleak from one of my fuel joints. Is there anything i can do besides taking the carbs apart and replacing the O-rings ? How tough is it to replace the O-rings after I get the carbs off. I have had the carbs off once before, and know what a pain it is just to get them off the bike. Any tricks I should know about replacing the O-rings ?

it's a real pain. If you have to do it be sure to get good viton O rings and you might as well replace all of them. they are all 2mm in cross section and if I remember right they are 4, 6 and 8mm id
You'll need a dremel or similar tool to grind off the back of the choke plate screws. Replace them with button head allen screws when you reassemble, and use blue loctite on the threads. Also be sure that the carb mounting brackets are straight and flat or the choke shafts will bind.
Be sure the choke shafts are free before you reinstall
