ve65a vs ve65b

Hello.
I’m looking information for differens between keihin ve65a and keihin ve65b? Both are used honda cbx 750. I have honda cbx750p (police version) and it has ve65b carburetor set with one broken jet and impossible to fix it. Ve65b is very hard to find so can i use ve65a to my bike?
