hi guys,i was in cbx club for several years back in the 80s,with my 79s,and all had turbos on them,currently i got my old 1982 out of storage and decided to put an old turbo back on,but the carb i have isnt as good as it used to be,,is there anyone here that might have a carb for sale,i like the old zenith because i was just use to running them,or something like it that may fit my rayjay as well,,my name is francis pawelek,and former member number 1247 from alice texas,,
possibly looking for another 6-1 header,,and the hose that hooks into oil galley for turbo oiling,,and the one that drains back into engine,anyone with these parts for sale please let me know,,361-562-1720,or barbfab@sbcglobal.net,
i still have several 1989 and 1991 kawasaki zx7s still also,,but my son is grown to 22 years now and wants to experience the cbx tradition as we all loved thru the years,and he inspired me to get it out and start it up,well it starts uip,but now im seeing i need to pull carbs for a good cleaning,and possibly adding a 6-1 or probably the turbo,any turbo parts extra you may have let me know,,iwill need carb,and 2 oil lines
but most of all its good to get to see how many are still with their cbxs
