The latest issue of Roadrunner magazine had a test review of the retro Honda CB1100. The bike was equipped with a nice looking bikini fairing.
It would probably look nice on an early CBX. Quite a bit pricey, however:

The Venom Mark 2 is similar and a bit cheaper.
