I’d love to take a lap but…what a time to buy an air cooled six! It’s like this just about everywhere I’d like to go or worse.

Just saw this. We needed jackets to go to the July 4th picnic in Chicken, AK. It was 58 f.

Either garage is too small or we have too many bikes. Or Momma's car needs to go outside.

AND, if I might ask, just what did they serve at the July 4th picnic in Chicken, AK?

Some sort of poor cut of meat, presumably beef, that they referred to as "steak", baked potato (with real butter), and an assortment of sides and desserts supplied by other party goers. Beer and soft drinks as well. I did see some lighter colored items on another grill that looked like chicken.

Chicken is a small gold mining town, a throwback from the Yukon Gold Rush era. People spend the summer there, living the old life and panning for gold. Oh, and swatting mosquitoes. Lots of those.

I know a guy on the MTF that just got back from his ride all the way up the Dempster.
