Experience with this UK company, NRP Carbs?

Does anybody have any knowledge/experience with this UK company, NRP Carbs.

They pretend to have an impressive carb assortment for the CBX, with decent prices.

I placed an order over one month ago and as soon as the order were complete, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account they become totally silent.
They don’t ship the order, don’t reply on mail or answer the phone.
I paid with VISA, did contacted my bank and the bank have covered the value of the order, while they (WorldPay) are investigating the company.

I ordered some drain screws from them last month, arrived just a few days later, good quality, no problems at all.

Strange that they didn't respond to you, I will be wary of ordering next time

Did you order before or after my order was completed (and ready for shipment) 17/08/22?

Thanks for the info, maybe this i a one-man company and he got sick or something...but I couldn't count on that, that why I reported this to VISA.
As you can see on my order, WorldPay have already taken some action.
