I'm sorry to report that Bill Hoctor has passed. Nardel told us he fell last Friday, likely after having a brain bleed. He had more bleeds in the hospital and passed 12/20. He will be missed.

I’m very sorry to hear about Bill’s passing, he was a real character and could tolerate all of us over the years. He and Nardel were very sweet people and it was always great to see that they had made the rally, Bill could tell a good story!
