Possibly a dumb question, maybe not. We’re about to remove a Rifle windshield from an 82 project - including that plastic base. What are we going to need to restore the stock setup? Obviously a windshield, fasteners, and the two triangular painted upper fairing pieces, but is there anything else or any more subtlety to the project?
EDIT: Found the two fairing pieces, right where Phil left them for us in the saddlebag.
TIA,
N.

I think you have it figured out. FWIW - the Rifle, while not the best-looking shield compared to stock, is one of the very best for actual wind protection.

I am not sure if the Rifle used these, but the two front fasteners have small brackets with nuts incorporated, because it is hard to get to them.

Ya, we shall use well nuts when we reassemble this.

Don't understand how you would use "well-nuts"??
