Norma just posted on the BBS that Tims has been sold to a CBXer,so it shold still be a source for parts again as sooon as it's restocked.

I'm glad she got it sold to a CBX member,good for her & Alex and many thanx to them also for their efforts,too,and to have been able to do business with them!!

I just talked to the new owner of Tims, he is in Georgia. He is sending me a catalog but it doesn't have prices in the magazine yet. I used Tims years ago when it was owned by a guy in the N/E area.

I requested a (new) catalog and got two (old) ones w/o any price list!? I assume the price list would follow when he gets them completed.

busaboy, you mean the new owner of Tims real name is Tim? Thats wild. Terry, you just received the new catalog but it was really an old one? Thats a bummer. The guy who I talked to, Tim I guess, said the catalog would not have the prices in it yet. I had assumed it was a new one though. The newest one I have is from like 3 or so years ago.

He was based in Rhode Island.

Gotcha busaboy, I had bought a few accessories from the Tim in the N/E area. I hope the new Tims is a good place to buy parts, as I will be buying a few in the near future.

I always got excellent support from Tim...Norma and Alex were cheerful and friendly, but not steeped in the knowledge that Tim was!

requesting a new catalog. Just realize that it is the old catalog. They

haven't published a new one.
