Yesterday while out on a ride I noticed a grinding/rubbing sound coming from the front end on my CBX. I noticed it on slow speed turns when I would turn the bars. Today I took my bike out to enjoy the 70 degree weather. I noticed the same sound when maneuvering around in my driveway. I discovered I could get the bike to do it while doing slow speed figure 8's in my drive. After some detective work along with a call to Dave McMunn, I discovered the culprit. It was a dry speedometer cable. After removing it and lubing it, the noise disappeared. Thank goodness it wasn't anything more serious.
Thanks again Dave.
