As Nils points out, this subject has been discussed many times. Using the search function on the site, you will find plenty of info.

Original: H-rated tires 3.50x19 front, 4.25x18 rear. You need to look for a current size equivalent. 100/90 for the 3.50 and 120/80 for the 4.25. Many like the Bridgestone S-11, if you can still find them.

That's impossible to answer as it depends very much on your location and the offers around you. A friend of mine bought tires on-line and had them mounted and balanced at a local dealer for $20.-/piece :o :o
If you are lucky to find a dealer that will do this, it will probably cost you twice as much.

Apologies for being snarky last night, I don't want anyone to hesitate to ask questions, for sure, but it's appreciated when the questions come as follow up to a search. There is an enormous amount of info preserved here and it's easy to find.

One thing to pass along -- If you do use metric (and that is common) be certain to do 100/90 on the front. NOT 110/90. It will go on -- just doesn't fit right nor handle as properly.
