Wider rear rim

Post by rsuarez »

Sorry to open a new topic on this. This is very specific to inquire if someone knows who would build a wider rim like the one in the picture. I love this bike but I hate the mismatch between the muscle image of the bike with its wimp rear tyre. What I really like about the set up in the picture is that it keeps the original front and rear rim, respecting the bike looks, but just widening the rear rim.

Thanks.

Not on Facebook but i am guessing if it is a wider rear with a stock appearance it was done by Kosman.
They are no longer doing it.
Apparently these guys took over that portion of the business. A ballpark price of $1000.00 just for the rear.
