Will do the stripes and accents in a Viper red. then pin stripe it in Blk.
While waiting to be finished. one of the cooler lines has started to weep. Is there a prefered vendor for replacement lines. Figure if one starting to leak , rest wont be far behind..

Nice work Karl.... 8)

As for the oil cooler lines you can rebuild them yourself with braided hose from "Summit' & ferrules & crimp tool from Mcmaster Carr. That is if the alloy factory connectors are OK. Before crimping ensure the orientation of the fittings is correct & cut them a few inches longer as braided hose has a wider radius & is unforgiving for positioning...
Makes for a nice custom mod... 8)

Im worse than a kid at X-mas. Had to see it together and show it off a little. Here it is all most done , Paint work any way. Couple of decals here and there some stripes on the fairing.(Tomorows tasks), Repaint the wheels, make new mounts for the front turn signals. They will fit up on the side of the fairing. if you look close . You can see the holes in the fairing.
Using later 1986 units more Aero looking 8) . Never liked the 79's. looked like they belonged on a school Bus.

Repaired the boo boos(reshot the tank)Figuring out this new VOC paint is tricky

Now there's a smile :!: No wonder you're happy :!: 8)

Say Karl, does your bike sit a bit low in the rear or is it just that the fairing makes it look that way in the pics?
