parts for rebuilding the engine.

Post by shai »

hi guys
so I've opened up my 1982 1050 cbx engine
and I need lots of parts, so I am looking for one shop where I can order all the parts I need or at least most of them
because of course to minimize shipping and tax fees.
These are the parts

oil seals
exhaust valve
valve oil seals
cam chain
cam tension-2
set of 6 OEM pistons and rings
rebuild kit.

thank you guys cheers form israel :)

I'm not certain that you can get everything from a single vendor but try these (some items may still available from Honda if i remember correctly)
https://www.cmsnl.com/
http://timscbx.com/

I'm sure others will chime in with more info

Trying to get everything from one source may cost you significantly more than getting the individual parts for the best price. Pistons and rings should come form cruizinimage in Japan and are probably the single most expensive item on your list. Don't know what you mean with "rebuild kit". If you are talking about a seal and gasket kit, it may contain the engine oil seals. Original Honda valve shaft seals are not recommended. You should get Viton shaft seals.
