ProLink bushings? - Discontinued - Ouch!

Post by Pierce »

I was going to rebuild my 81's ProLink suspension so I ordered from my dealer all the bushings that I thought I would need and low and behold the bushing that is about midway up the arm is discontinued. 52466-ma2-300 is the part number. Could I make a new one? Is there another bushing that honda has that can be modified to fit? I really am concerned about the various rubber parts on the bike. It is only a matter of time before they all go bad.

thanks

Try service honda. Its listed there at $11.72 but I don't know if they actually have one.
It ain't the destination, its the journey...

I have tried the various places that sell parts on the web and the big ones all get their parts from Honda. I went round and round on another part I was looking for.
