Post by DevonCbx »

I am wondering what safely cleans dried up baked on   grease, oil, dirt etc. from the exhaust pipes with out scratching them.

Thanks

I've had pretty good luck with this stuff and a little elbow grease. WD40, Simple Green and even oven cleaner can also be useful.

Copper scouring pads can reduce the amount of elbow grease required. They are soft enough not to scratch or damage chrome. Used in conjunction with Terry's recommended products, I'm sure the task will be simplified.
