What is normal cranking speed?

Post by derherr65 »

What is normal cranking speed? I don't see a spec in the manual or online. While doing a compression test (1 cylinder making compression, 5 with NO spark plug = no load) I'm getting 120rpm.

No spec that I know of. Never measured it. Obviously, should be better than 'regular' crank speed. In my experience, it usually takes about three spins to get to the pressure reading.
