*I have the correct advancer for this ignition...
Question: Is there any other vendor that sells the Dyna-S ignition for the CBX other than Bill at Tim's CBX? (*he is on vacation now.)

Another option you could look at is the Ignitech digital unit from Czech Republic. I installed this, truly plug & play utilizing the existing pulser pickups and works with the stock Honda coils. They ship it programmed with no digital advance, utilizing the stock mechanical advance but can reprogrammed easily for a 'fixed' advancer. Currently $150USD plus ~$30 for shipping. Not having to mess the the Dyna pickups is a big plus IMHO.

Connecting a computer to the ignition is not needed unless you want to change the ignition map for a fixed advancer.
