Start over - Opinion please?

This is a do-over the previous 2 posts below, ("Spark units & A little help".)
Starting fresh with info: ALL 6 cylinders are hesitating / bog / cough at 4000 RPM. & will not increase RPM beyond that.
The Pipemasters exhaust pipes are not true 6 into 1 but the timing light confirms all 6 rough at 4000 RPM
*Beware, the video will make you pucker in angst at the CBX trying to rev past 4000 RPM.

What could possibly cause all 6 to run rough at 4000 RPM???
- Timing light confirms all 6 are barking, hesitating with timing light on pulser rotor.
-Choke confirmed working both directions.
- All compression checks good, same issue
-Battery checks good with switching from a known good other battery, same issue
-Air filter not bad, ran without -same issue.
-All plugs checked and not wet or white, just about right. same issue
-All 3 coils checked at 3 + OHM's. same issue
-Cleaned, inspected, plug wires -same issue
- Grounds on wire harness -good, same issue
- replaced pulser with used but better looking one from Ebay, same issue
- Did a temp gun check on all six headers, same consistent temp across the board, (I know the temp gun is not accurate on chrome but consistency is key)
-Mechanical advancer "Appears to function."
- have not even looked at the Spark units, (*AKA: electrical slime bogs.) *But usually if one is bad only 2 cylinders affected.
Anyone care to chime in? All opinions, guesses, furrowed brows are welcome!
