Sounds like a great product if works as advertised and reliable not cheap @$99,
anyone have any experience?
I along with others I’m sure have and occasionally leave blinker on DUH!
When I do it,and after, every time my stomach rolls as as to my Own stupidity
it’s such a dangerous thing to do inviting anyone to think your turning and they can act accordingly, it’s a good way to get myself killed!
My GS has it standard and I love that feature.
I want to outfit my other rides with a system any suggestions ( other than a better brain)
Smart seems to be well engineered but made in Slovenia ??????
Thanx in advance

Re: Smart System Turn Signal Cancel product
I used a Kisan SignalMinder on my BMW K75 for five years until I sold the bike. It really worked well on that bike since the cancel button was an awkward reach for me.
Kisan's customer service was top-notch. Through my own stupidity I managed to smoke the unit and they replaced it without question.

Re: Smart System Turn Signal Cancel product
On my K75 it was plug and play with the exception of the brake over-ride which required tapping into the brake light wire. Programming was straight forward and once it was set I never touched it again. Of note, the SignalMinders for BMWs put a parasitic load on the battery (something to do with 4 way flashers) This would not be the case with the CBX since there is no power to the relay with the ignition off.
I am confused by Kisan's recommendation for the CBX. Since there is not a plug for the turn signal relay, I think that the universal model (SM-3SV) would be more appropriate. Otherwise you would need to find the appropriate plug.
As far as ease of installation, it is only 3 or 4 (with brake over-ride) wires in an easily accessible location. So electrically it is pretty simple. I do not have any experience with the return spring setup.
