Not necessary. All BMWs show that on the tank or filler cap but the bikes for the U.S. market are mapped different to cope with the lousy fuel in the land of unlimited opportunities.
BMW even offers a remapping to European riders who want to take their bikes on a trip through the U.S.
The only problem that one may have is, that the ethanol attacks the fuel gauge sending unit.

You misunderstood me Larry - I'm not givin' away the BIKE . . . . just the ugly box. It won't look any better on your CBX than it does on the BMW :sad-roulette:
