New to site!

Hey guys! I've been looking to pick up a CBX for a while now and finally found a decent one. Got her home yesterday and looking her over sure brings back memories.

I bought a new Yami back in 1980 and a few months later my buddy bought a CBX. Wow, I missed the boat! After checking his bike out I wish I had done the same. I did get to ride his bike many times and it obviously made a lasting impression on me!

I've been checking out your site and I'm very interested in many of the mods being done. I'd like a wheel and brake upgrade for sure. The swingarm mod is another. Anyways, I'll have a lot of questions so I hope you will bear with me. I look forward to enjoying this bike all over again!

Hey guys, thanks for the welcome! I hope I don't become a pest!

Although this bike is fairly original and shouldn't be tampered with I cannot resist! I'm really interested in the F2-F3 wheel/tire swap! I also want to look into rear swingarm options. The handlebars gotta go too. Probably a few more little things too.

I just want to personalize the bike a bit to suite my own tastes. I am going to save everything I remove from the bike and put it away for safe keeping. Probably the next place you'll see me is over in the "Mods" section. Don't worry though, my "search" finger ain't broken!

BTW, Dan, I PM'ed ya about riding!
