My Bodyguard Part 3.

Post by steve murdoch icoa #5322 »

This time the '79 gets to be the bodyguard of my almost finished CB77.
It is a '64 frame and engine with mostly '67 everything else. Still have to sort out a bit of electrics and the carbs are still a bit sketchy.
A Super Hawk to go with the Baby Hawk.

Thanks, Gents.
The SuperHawk was the first bike i was ever on.
In 1967 the boyfriend of one of my sisters took me for a ride around the block. Set the hook right then.

Again, thanks for the compliments.
Like most of my bikes it is a good ten-footer and i like it that way.
It is a numbers matching frame and engine and a "bitsa" after that. Still needs rear footpegs[even the repros are pricey] and now a petcock.

Those 10 foot bikes are the most fun. That is as close as pedestrians get to it while I am out RIDING the bike!!
