Hi 'wyly',
You could have got a copy of the silver "CBX Book II" from Jan Ringnalda of ICOA (or Louis Mintrone at usedCBXparts.com) for $50.00. I think not so expensive when you consider what they will probably cost to buy second-hand on eBay in a couple of years time!?!

I didn't have time to search around for a better price or if it was even available and i would save $20 to 40 on shipping.
After figuring out EU US and Canadian currancy exchange rates and import duties the price difference would be minor.

But you really think it was "expensive" for such a Book ... you should see how much it cost me to produce it and get it to Holland (aaahhhh)!!!

Well $112 canadian is more than I'm comfortable spending on a book the wife wasn't pleased with my newcbxian wrote:But you really think it was "expensive" for such a Book ... you should see how much it cost me to produce it and get it to Holland (aaahhhh)!!!
souvenir. But it was "the book" the CBX bible! I had to have it.
I'm delighted with my new possession.
Yes holland and it's taxes adds to the final cost, I purchased some carburator parts from Bert while I was there as well, the savings in shipping costs and import duties made it all worth while.
