I did rent a shop in Tucson, 1300 SF, a little more than a half hour from home. It's better that way, I don't mind the drive or the time, it lets me switch modes, make a phone call, listen to music. All good.

Hi Nils,

Hope all goes well with your un-retired new venture. As everyone else has said your attention to detail and persistence will pay you dividends. Because you also enjoy doing it, it will not seem like work.
