FOUND: Tool Chest near Stillwater, OK w/ motorcycle parts

Post by pottsantiques »

Good morning,
Last Saturday, a Craftsman tool chest and set fell off of a truck into my driveway. It contained some vintage motorcycle parts, along with a lot of tools. The phone number on the bottom has been disconnected. I know someone must be very unhappy about this, and while I'm glad to keep it to work on my cars, I'd like to try to find the owner first. I'm posting here because it had a CBX sticker on it; hopefully the owner frequents your forums. Owner is likely from West Virginia or North Carolina.

(Tool chest survived the fall onto gravel at 45 mph just fine - speaks volumes about Craftsman chests!) :DD

- Craftsman 283 pc mechanics set with additional tools
- CBX Association sticker affixed to top
- Lost north of Stillwater, Oklahoma

If you feel this is yours, please email other identifying information to me, such as the other stickers and what sort of bike parts were inside.

Hello Laura, it's great that you are trying to find the owner of the tool chest, I know I would be livid if I had lost a tool chest full of tools, good luck and I hope you find the owner. :handgestures-fingerscrossed:
