A gentleman here on forum had fitted the swingarm from 916, Though I would have liked to mount newer Ducati swingarm where rear shock sits much lower and airbox would fit as is. I had to make a few modifications to the airbox to fit. But I am happy how it turned out.
I designed frame and found a guy who put it all together for me .

How about the front fork? If it is a Ducati part, how did you manage to get the correct stem into the Triples? I have a Ducati Multistrada fork that I wanted to use in a CBX project, but the stem throws me for a loop. You cannot just press it out. The lower is closed on the bottom.

If I recall correctly, the CBX stem was pressed out and pressed in to R1 lower. May work with Strada as well and if I am not wrong, strada has longer forks that would be better suited . You may have to measure both stems

Thanks, Ashish. The problem with the Ducati forks is, you cannot just press a stem in and out. The stem sits in the lower bridge in a hole that is closed at the bottom. The only way to get the stem out, is machining the hole open to access the stem from the bottom. Most modern fork bridges will have to be sleeved to accept a CBX stem as these were much skinnier.

If it is an R1 fork or triple, don't bother Ashish. Will not help me much.

Those are some loud horns :) look good on your bike. Is the headlight tilted upwards or it is just angle of the picture ?
Where did you get those nice engine hangers and sliders ?

Thanks, copied the idea and looks from the CB1100RS
The front left turn signal was tilted downwards and needs to be tightened, noticed it after looking at the picture also.
The engine hangers and sliders came from Webike Japan, a lot of bikes in Japan have them, look more modern than the crash bars.

Took it out and played with it! Treated it to an oil change when I got home. New-to-me Corbin seat is fantastic, great upgrade.

I added the same Hella to my GS1150, they're loud and effective. I suspect drivers are surprised to see a bike instead of car when they look for who is blasting them. As mine are obscured by my fairing I didn't bother to paint them.
CBX a work in progress, still improving...GS1150EFE completed and awaiting modifications.....RD350, remnants in boxes scattered throughout the garage

There's also mini-airhorns available so you can sound like a truck.
