I need to tell, that the trip was guiding a tour of Spanish bikers, this is my work, and all them rode HD´s.

We rode Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada & California... 8 bikes and 11 riders, 13 days riding, many cool places visited, Black Hills, Sturgis rally, Bighorn, Yellowstone, Arches Park, Grand Canyon, Route 66 Arizona, Vegas...

A visit to Sturgis has never been a priority for me but the Route 66 trip looks like it would be interesting.
Can't comment on Harley...41 years of riding and never been on one.

A visit to Sturgis has never been a priority for me .

In a different life - so it seems - we used to go to the Sturgis rally for 10 years in a row. Except for the crowds during that time, the area is worth going to. Great riding. Custer Park, Iron Mountain road, 285, Nemo road. Lots of things to see and visit. Mt Rushmore, Devil's Tower, Hot Springs, The Badlands, Geographical Center of the U.S., the movie set of Ft Hays from "Dancing with Wolves"...
