I don't know how many of you are browsing through ebay ever so often. Those of you who do, have most certainly recognized that the number of people/establishments who have joined the "CBX dismantling business" has increased quite a bit.
What I find interesting there is, that you always see 79 CBXes and quite a few 81 and 82 models parted out. But I have not seen a 1980 model broken down in quite some time. Wonder why that is? What do you think?
Before you respond with the "rare" argument, there were probably less 81s and certainly less 82s made than 1980s

Probably a combination of fewer '80s and the fact that the late models are less desirable to many people.
