'Round about dinner time I'll be raising one in your name, as I face towards TO.
All the best, Phil. Here's hoping that we have the chance to share many more

Re: A Birthday in Toronto ey.....
Just found this.
Thanks a lot, gents!
If you think YOU'RE glued to the screen watching for my updates, imagine how I'm glued to my phone & email waiting for updates & tracking numbers. :) Of course, none of you have to imagine - I'm just trundling along a road already well-worn by many of the members here.
My birthday this year was very quiet and low-key. The last few years before I've gone out for giant raging benders with 20-40 other people. I don't want anyone to think that it was the weather or old age that made the difference this year, but it's hard to rule either one out... But who knows, there's still time for stuff to get craydonkulous over the weekend.
In addition to being the new year, and my birthday, and the solstice, and the middle of weather so brutal that -15C felt so warm I decided to walk to work the last 2 days, it's also very close to the anniversary of my signing up here and getting my CBX. So it's a good time also to reflect on the kindness, generosity, and invaluable information & help provided by the members here. I can't imagine the experience of trying to get a 35 year old technical oddity into ship-shape without this kind of resource.
Thanks to all for the support, info, advice, warm welcome, and birthday wishes!
