I spied this neat set-up last weekend when out for a ride.

Really now, I think we can aim higher. An ice cream truck or perhaps a mobile Texas BBQ smoker might fit the bill.

To some extent, the 12 day Colorado rally in 2010 followed this theme, and last year, Larry's Lake Michigan ride took it to the next level.
