The early model sleeve measures 45.00mm. The late sleeve measures 43.70mm. The washer thickness is 1.5mm. So looks like you end up with a plus .2mm with the late set-up over the early one. I don't have a thickness for the correct extra washer for the late model, but assume it's also 1.5mm.
