I bought my first CBX when I was 19 back in 1979. My friends didn't think I would survive the weekend. I provrd them wrong. I will be 52 this summer and hopefully retired by the time I'm 60.

Hi guys,
Looks like I am a bit of an oldie on here at 68 going on 69?! Still have my red 1000Z which has been featured in many magazines and books plus my ocean liner, my GL1500.

I have been on two wheeels since 1961 and have owned the following machines in no particular order 25+cbx's including five Moto-Martin's and three cbx specials. My first bike by the way was a 50cc Maserati followed by C110,BMW R27(The only silver one built). Calthorpe 350cc twin port,CB92,C72,CB77 with Webco 350cc race kit,CB450,Ariel sq4,Vincent Rapide,NorVin(Black shadow engine in Norton Atlas frame),Harley 45,Suzuki 125,GT380,GT750x2,GPZ 750turbo,FJ110,GSXR1100,RC30&GL1500. There were a few more but memory going tonight.Just remebered a Kerry Capitano,Bianchi 100c,New Hudson 100cc. Would be interested to hear what others have owned over the years.Keeping my hand in as helping at a large classic show this weekend in Manchester.
