NC State Director George Dillaway's truck broke down in California and he is stranded. Help would be appreciated.
Version two of this story is he was trying to put the semi's diesel engine in his CBX and the motor fell off motor puller then rolled down a hill on to the freeway.
His next option is to go for the CBX engine or the 125cc dirtbike motor or both in the semi (see photo)

My suspicions are that George had removed the turbo/s for his North Carolina CBX land speed record attempt & his truck injection wasn't adjusted for the extra fueling...

While everybodies looking under the truck bonnet/hood to sort the problem, just check to make sure George is not loading your CBX's in the trailer.
Cheers,
Pete

I think he would just be looking for parts right now. Always building up parts for the next project. I won't tell anyone if he gets some parts for me as well.

The old one on the stump does look like a 2 stroke, and pipes on both sides.

The bike on the stump is a Yamaha YDS3C 250cc Scrambler.
I believe it was manufactured around 1965 or '66.
I will leave the other two for the experts.

Like Phil, I spotted the Yammy tank but he filled in the finite details which were a blur to me. ..........
The first bike with Kaye in front of is the conundrum, as it looks like a single sided swinging arm to my eyes.....
