How many different front brake caliper configurations are there for the CBX. What I know for sure
79 Single piston U shapped hanger braket, skinny rotor, smaller diameter rotor than 82
82 Dual Piston, dog-leg shapped hanger braket, fat rotor, larger diameter than 79
I also have a dog-leg shapped hanger bracket that is for a skinny rotor, 79 diameter. Does anyone know what year this from, or is it from a different bike. The same dual piston caliper fits it just fine.
Thanks
Mark

Welcome to the ICOA site, it's good to see new people dropping by.
I think there are too many sources of the "late dual puck" donors to list, but here are some. The later CB750/900/1100 bikes. I think the early '80 Gold Wings, the VF 500/700/750/1000. Some of the other Honda calipers are dual puck but I am unsure if the brackets are the same because some used leading axle forks.
Do you only have one bracket and need another? Looking for another set?
