Hey gang.
Last night there was a Moto Social event just around the corner from my place. I didn't know much about it before it happened, but was out for an after-dinner walk with my wife & kid and we happened to walk by/through it.
There must have been 200-300 bikes there, it was a bit nuts! I saw one very stock-looking twin shock, but missed my chance to say hi to the owner. If the owner is here someplace, say hi.
Other bikes of note were a Walt Siegl Bol d'Or MV Agusta like this one:
And the new CB from Origin8or:
Those pics aren't mine, I didn't have a camera with me - kind of a missed opportunity.

Phil, always a nice treat to stumble across a gathering like that.
Nice to see it was not entirely a DTT crowd.
The pics on their website from previous events show a wide variety.

The only good thing about the Hipster's is we get to see a lot more of the older bikes back on the road.

Re: Toronto Moto Social Last Night
It was a bit of everything - unmuffled Harleys, quite a few SOHC4 Hondas (I am starting to think that ~10% of the bikes on the road in Ontario are SOHC4 Hondas), some 80's DOHC4 Hondas, survivor BMW's, every flavor of modern Ducati (Monster, Scrambler, Streetfighter, 848, 959, Hyper, Diavel, etc.) Triumphs new and old. And a few SS bikes, but not a hell of a lot. I even saw a customized KLR.
These kinds of things aren't necessarily my scene, but it was kinda neat. I'll probably attend one once my bike's running again.
