Oh yes, no doubt. I was referring more to a look. No weird cowl, tanks, etc. Bike retained stock look

I saw that video awhile back and showed it to a fellow CBXer, the sliders were of interest to him and he eventually bought a set of them.
I liked the bike and the paint job the first time I saw it, a number of the Japanese CBX guys go for the retro paint and body styles, I like them too.

A lovely piece of engineering. Very, very nicely put together indeed and lots of really nice touches, from the updated intstrument faces to the upgraded switchgear, not forgetting brakes and all suspension components.
I can only image how much better it would look in our ever lovin' Candy Glory Red though!

Re: I love this CBX
love it! not much stock there...I don't care for the colour but that's subjective, unbelievably some people actually prefer red to the much superior silver
CBX a work in progress, still improving...GS1150EFE completed and awaiting modifications.....RD350, remnants in boxes scattered throughout the garage

Nice bike. Great sound. What exhaust is that? Custom?
I want his side stand. Leaning mine over always feels like I'm about to drop it.
All in all a sharp bike.

Love that bike... even considered doing the same resto mod until I understood it would require around $20k of equipment. If someone is interested in finding all the bits to build it I have all the info. Most of them must be imported from Japan.
Best.
Best.
