Changing the saddle bag locks..

Greetings,

I have a set of spare saddle bags with very clean hardware. I want to swap out the hardware and hinges since the finish is much better than what is on it now. Pretty straight forward but the locks might be a different issue.

Has anyone swapped out the saddle bag locks? I don't have a key for the spare set.
