I'm a little confused, I can use a 530X104.

Are you sure, it is a 3.50 x 18? , Not a 3.00 x18? Or even a 17" wheel? What bike were they originally from?
If they are really 3.50 x 18 and easy to come by and inexpensive on top, you can buy 2 or 3 for me. I gladly pay for the shipping to the U.S.!

O.K. thought so. You got VFR wheels. No need to look for more of these!
Do NOT install the 16" in the front. This may turn your CBX into a suicide machine!
