I need new tires. Would it be best to put on the stock tires. Are they still available? What brand and where can I obtain them?

The BT45's are a great performance tire, but they may not be the best choice for everybody . . . . especially not for those who are looking for lots of miles from their tires. I got less than 5,000 miles from my first rear BT-45 and while I may be riding it a little more . . . . 'aggressively' than some others, I've also heard that 5,000 to 6,000 is about all one can realistically expect - Which is fine with me, because it's a great, sticky tire - But others might not be happy with that sort of mileagealimey4u2 wrote:Bridgestone Battleaxe here, not run in as yet but come highly recommended by others...
Thanks for that additional advice Don, as you say, some may also be looking at the economics.....Don #6141 wrote:The BT45's are a great performance tire, but they may not be the best choice for everybody . . . . especially not for those who are looking for lots of miles from their tires. Had the same idea here too.... As a man, do you "dress" all on the left or one on the left & the right ??....EMS wrote:Monoshock, Larry, single sided swingarm. It looks like I am leaning left all the time...

Seriously, it's got me scratching my head but I would check your swinging arm bushings/linkages but surely that would also show up in handling ??
