Hi Guys,
I found CBX clock but it is running 30 minutes late. Does anyone know as to how difficult and/or expensive is it to repair these?
Thanks
Sasha

Re: CBX Clock repair
Never tried to have one repaired. Temp gauges would break pretty regularly and they were near impossible to fix, but probably a clock maker could look at it - IF you took it apart for him. Otherwise, the clock looks pretty just sitting in the fairing, working or not.

Re: CBX Clock repair
Thank you Dave Another question for you Dave,
Spark advancer unit, is it good to have a spare?
This guy also has new spark advancer unit but the part nimber that he listed is only for 1979.
30220-422-004, '82 has different part number
It is $100, whats your opinion, should I have a spare?

Re: CBX Clock repair
If you are talking about the mechanical advancer, no, you don't need a spare. They don't wear out and rarely break a spring.
