Yes I have thought about it and now I'm going for a totally stock bike. Maybe I'm thinking of a Dyna ignition and better coils. An exhaust is mandatory though either a pipemasters or kerkers

Does he undertake complete projects or just vapor blasting
When I spoke to Terry he had two bikes nearing completion and available for sale at 12,500$ . It exceeds my budget but if it's worth it I might as well save up and wait a few months more

Yes indeed great guy!!! Very informative and upfront
Although he prefers everything stock
Didn't give me good reviews about the Dyna ignition
He said he prefers the Honda stock ignition any day

Preston Marks in Florida may be able to help you. I am putting a 1303cc CBX motor with CR carbs together which may end up close to that. First runs are promising. I have the support of a local engine expert, but we will not do any for others for money.

I just picked up a 1979 CBX from Terry yesterday. Great guy and builds a great bike.
