I finally got to tearing down the '79 CBX engine (advertised as a pops yoshimura build) from the bike I'm restoring. Pistons are Ontario 67mm, rods (H-type) and crank manufacture unknown. The engine had not been run for over 20 years. No rust (it had clean oil in it all those years), but a lot of carbon build up in the combustion chambers and piston crowns. Bores seem to be OK.
I talked to Bill Brint at Tims, and he said that Ontario has been out of business for many years. He did not have rings for the pistons.
If anyone has a set of rings for them, or a source for the rings, please let me know. Plan "B" would be to hone to 67.5mm and put in a set of Wiseco or JE high compression pistons.

Craig, i would talk to JJam over on the 1100F site.
He bought all of Martins' stuff and i know he had a couple OMT engines.
